NEW Bizarre footage captured the moment a man allegedly stole a cherry picker before driving it near a town hall. The video, taken at approximately 2am on Wednesday morning showed police vehicles at the scene outside Chadderton Town Hall in Oldham. A red cherry picker is seen on the clip moving down Middleton Road with the arm raised to full height with two people standing on the platform in pouring rain. After appearing to tower over the town hall building, the driver moves the platform so it is directly above the road.

An array of huge 'anti-cheating hats' were worn by the students in the Philippines, including ones inspired by animated characters and random objects like a crate of San Miguel beer.
